Returns Policy

BabeBubble.com offers 14 days return policy on all returnable products. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging (unopened). For clothing, toys, or other items without a box the original tags must be intact.

Store Purchases

Regular priced merchandise purchased in store may be returned in store for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date or exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value when accompanied by the original receipt. Some exceptions apply – please see below for a listing of these items.

Products purchased online at regular price may be returned online for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date the item arrived at your door. You have 10 days from the time of delivery to ship the item back to us in its original condition. *Please note that shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable. 5) PLEASE NOTE: Retails indicating “Final” or “Special” are FINAL SALE products -No Refunds or Returns available.

Shipping Policies

To ensure you get your products quickly, we use UPS as our delivery company; as a result, we will try our best to ship all in-stock items within 1-3 days if you choose Express Delivery. For Standard Delivery, we will need 3-5 days to delivery your products. (transfer between remote locations may need more days). We ship items throughout Canada and the USA. International customer from other countries needs to contact us before placing any order.

 

Shipping Cost

Orders placed for over CAD $99.99 (before tax) will be shipped via freight carrier free of charge to the customer (Standard Shipping). For orders that total between CAD $0.01-$99.99 (before tax), a postage charge will be added to the total of the order. We also accept One Day Delivery which you need to pay by yourselves if you need the items in hurry.

All offer excludes clearance items, on sale items, over-size items, All furniture items, such as; cribs, beds, dressers, nightstand, all mattresses, and GM exclusions.

Free Shipping discount not applicable with returned merchandise, please see our return policy for details. This offer is not valid on previous purchases. This promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount. Free Shipping offer only applies to online orders and not orders placed in store. Shipping charges are based on our shipping partner’s locations. If your location is outside of their shipping areas, there may be additional shipping charges that were not calculated with your initial order. This applies to orders that have received Free Shipping as well as those below the free shipping threshold. We will do our best to find a shipping rate that will work within the parameters of what was estimated but some items (oversized items shipping to rural areas, shipping to northern parts of the province, etc.) are unable to be calculated by the system and need to be manually calculated by a staff member. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, and we will contact you as quickly as possible with shipping options.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges or delayed delivery of your order.

 

Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

 

International Addresses:

NOTE: You must provide a street address for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.

 

International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Our web prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

International Returns or Packages Refused:

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Canabeebaby.com for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

 

Your Country’s Custom and Import Policies:

Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you are importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.

Additionally, when ordering from canabeebaby.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Any fees charged to canabeebaby.com due to non-compliance with your country’s laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

The Points Program is a rewards program offered by BabeBubble.com (“our”, “we” and “us”) under these. The Program gives you the opportunity to earn and redeem points and rewards on our website that offer redemption.

Earning Points

$1 purchase earns 1 point

There are several ways to earn points, as set out below.

Personalized Offers: In order to receive personalized points offers, simply shop on our website for the items featured in the offers OR complete a transaction described in an offer (for example, purchase more than a certain value of eligible items on a specific date to earn a specific number of points or birthday special offer).
  2. Promotional Offers: From time to time, points may be awarded to all Program members on the purchase of certain products or on achieving predetermined purchase amounts.

Redeeming points

To “redeem” means to use your points to pay, or partially pay, for eligible purchases.

There is no minimum redemption on our website.

  1. Will BabeBubble match competitor prices?

  1. If the price of a product drops after I buy it, can I get a refund for the difference?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to refund the difference, if an item goes down in price after you have made a purchase. To ensure you always get the best deals, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter where we regularly announce upcoming sales.

  1. What additional fees could I be charged?

Some products sold by BabeBubble are subject to environmental handling or deposit fees. These fees vary by product and by province and are collected by Babebubble and sent to stewardship organizations according to provincial recycling programs. The fees cover the cost of recycling, collection, transportation, and disposal of products. For more information on individual programs, please visit your provincial stewardship organization’s website. Customers who believe they were inadvertently charged an incorrect environmental handling or deposit fee, should contact our Customer Service team.

  1. When will I be charged for my purchase?

In general, your credit card will be charged once your order ships. When you place an order, we will place an authorized hold on your credit card — meaning we make sure that your credit card has an available balance for your purchase. If the balance is available, we reserve the amount of your purchase on your credit card so that we can be certain that the credit balance is still available when it comes time to make the charge. At that point, we get your order ready, and ship the item. Good to know: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is cancelled, the authorization hold will expire according to the terms of your bank or financial institution.

However, due to technical reasons if you choose Alipay or WeChat pay, we have to charge on your account immediately after placing an order.

  1. Can I pay when I receive my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot pay when you receive your order, however, we’re always looking into ways to improve your experience as a customer, including when and how you can pay for your purchases.

  1. My card was declined. Why?

If your credit card has been declined, you can first check whether you have provided all of the information correct, such as cardholder’s name, card number, expiry date etc.

If the problem persists, here are the most common reasons why a card might be declined:

  • There are not enough funds to cover the transaction
  • Your bank is refusing the transaction due to security checks
  • The name and address are not matching the information that the bank has

You can always contact your bank or credit card provider to see why your card was declined. Once the problem has been resolved, we can help you complete the transaction.

Shipping

  1. When will you ship my order?

We normally ship within 24-48 hours. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery in USA / Canada and 3-8 weeks for the rest of the world. In most cases, you will receive your items earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. For more information, please check out Shipping Policy page.

  1. My Shipment arrived later than expected. What shall I do?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do everything we can to ensure a pleasant experience and your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us at support@babebubble.com with your order and/or shipping number so we can look into it.

  1. Tracking Information

Our system will send you tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, please double check the latest tracking information in case it has been held or already delivered. If you are unable to locate your parcel, please contact us within 10 days from estimated delivery.

  1. What happens if I receive damaged or faulty goods?

We take every precaution to ensure that all items are ‘quality checked’ before we dispatch them. However, if an item is damaged or faulty, we will ask you to send us a picture of the damage via email at support@babebubble.com. If the damage is clearly visible in the photo, then we will request the item to be sent back to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange. We also offer free collection services to pick up the item from you for customers’ convenience.

 

Return & Exchange

  1. Do you accept returns or exchange?

Absolutely! If you are not completely happy with any of the items from your order you may return them to us within 14 days from delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a refund, Store Credit or exchange (you can choose on your return/exchange form). You can send an email to support@babebubble.com to ask for the form. Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond this period will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed (or in the case of faulty items – see below).

  1. Conditions for Return:

must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear or use with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on a soft, clean surface.

  1. Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services, for which you are going to send us a special request at support@babebubble.com with your order number and specific requests.

  1. What tax exemptions are currently available on Babeubble.com?

Unfortunately, at this time, Babebubble.com does not have the ability to process the following tax exemptions online: Status Indian, Farmer’s, Fishermen, Resale, Government, Adult Clothing for age specific exemptions. However, you can apply to the tax authorities for a refund for your eligible exemption. Please save your receipts to file your refund application for tax paid.
